  • How bone conduction works?
    Bone conduction headphones work by transudcers vibrating against the bones in your cheek, which in turn sends those vibrations and passes the sound to the inner ear.
  • What are Directional Audio Headphones?
    Directional audio headphones has unique internal structure design, spreading sound through air, combined with ecological diaphragm speakers creates a highly directional and high-quality sound experience.

  • What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for your products?
    If you order white-label products (without company information), there is no MOQ, because we have some white-label products in stock. If OEM, the MOQ is 1K.
  • Can you provide customization options for your products?
    YES! OEM and ODM are welcome. Customization options as below: 1.Recommended Customization: Adding a Brand Icon to the Packaging 2.Simple Customization[optional]: Custom Packaging Printing, brochure printing; silkscreen/ laser logo on produc. 3.Partial ODM: Changing part of ID/ Specifications. 4.Totally ODM: Create a new product based your idea by our R&D team.
  • Can you provide any product design or engineering services?
    Sure! We have a complete R&D system, a new product from the concept to the actual mass production and shipment, we can control each link. We have a professional team of engineers to provide design and electronic engineering services.
  • How long does it take for the production and delivery of my order?
    It’s depend on the order quantity and details requirements. Generally, quantity less than 10k and simple OEM requirements orders, the lead time is 15-25days. If no customization, quantity less than 1K, generally we have inventory, lead time 3-5 days for inspection before shipment.
  • What are the available payment methods?
    PayPal, Wire Transfer, Western Union all are available.
  • Can I request a sample before placing a large order?
    Yes, Samples testing is okay.
  • Are your products compliant with safety and quality standards?
    Yes, all of our products certified with MSDS CE ROHS, some of them have received FCC and other certifications required by the market And our factory certified with ISO9001 and BSCI.
  • What is your process for quality control and assurance?
    All of our products have 1 year warranty. And we have very strict quality control system, our quality control is divided into 4 links, incoming material inspection, production line inspection, semi-finished product inspection and finished product inspection. You can see that we have set up engineers on the production line to do one-to-one sampling of the products on the production line to ensure quality.
  • What is your policy for handling damaged or defective products?
    If you got defective products, please send pictures or videos to describe the defective problems. If our after-sales department determines that it is our product quality problems, we will immediately send the same number of new products to you.
  • Does your factory have any certifications?
    Yes, our factory has been certified with ISO9001 and BSCI.
